Tranquil Space already had a beautiful website. The colours were calming, the design was lovely, and it suited the brand perfectly. The problem was that behind the scenes it simply wasn’t working as well as it should.

The site wasn’t set up properly for SEO, the booking process wasn’t very smooth, and making even small updates had become difficult. The client had unfortunately been caught in one of those “free website” arrangements that turn out not to be free at all. Minor changes came with unexpected costs, and the biggest issue was that she didn’t actually own her own website.

We stepped in to help put things right and carried out a small Wix refresh, keeping the look and feel of the site while improving how everything works. The site is now properly structured and optimised for SEO, making it easier for people to find the business online.

We also improved the booking process so clients can book appointments easily, and created a CMS for her services so updating the website is straightforward and manageable.

Most importantly, she now has full ownership of her website, and we continue to help look after it so she can focus on running her lovely business.
