What's the difference?
Website Care keeps your website safe, secure and running properly.

Website Management means we're also your website team. If you need changes, advice or ongoing improvements, we're already there to help.

Website Care doesn't include ongoing support because every organisation uses their website differently. Some clients need us once a year, while others speak to us every week so we keep things flexible, only charging for changes when you need them.

Have questions?
No. Website Care covers the services needed to keep your website secure, online and running smoothly, including hosting, software updates, security and your annual Website MOT.

If you need changes to your website, advice or technical support, we're always happy to help. That work is simply charged at our standard hourly rate.
Website support includes things like:

These are included within your monthly Website Management allowance but are chargeable for Website Care clients.

No problem! Website Care clients can request changes whenever they need them. We'll simply carry out the work at our standard hourly rate and let you know the cost before we begin. We charge a minimum of one hour per request.
Absolutely! Many of our clients begin with Website Care and move to Website Management as their organisation grows or they simply decide they need more regular help. If you're going to need more than an hour a month's support, then Website Management is usually a better deal.
Yes. Our monthly plans are designed to be flexible. Any minimum term or notice period will be outlined in your agreement.
No problem. Website Management plans are flexible so you can bank extra hours and use them for up to 3 months. But, if there is extra time required, we'll let you know before carrying out the work and extra time will be charged at our reduced hourly rate unless we've agreed a separate project.

Digital Marketing Support is designed to improve your online visibility and help your website generate more enquiries through services such as SEO, content creation and ongoing optimisation. This is an addtional service that you can add-on to your website package with us.
