We absolutely loved working on the website refresh for Mel’s Marvellous Cakes, based in Surrey - because when your business is that charming, your website should be too!
Mel’s original site had all the right ingredients - scrumptious cakes, vintage crockery, a tea shop on wheels straight out of a Pinterest dream - but somehow, none of it came through properly online. The colours from her stunning photos were muted, the menu was a bit of a dog's breakfast, and the whole thing just didn’t do her justice.
So we rolled up our sleeves and gave her site the glow-up it deserved. Now, Mel’s new website is a pastel-perfect dream. It’s bright, beautiful, and properly shows off her bakes. With a scrapbook feel, bunting galore, and a fresh new logo to match, it’s vintage with a modern twist. And yes, the menu actually works properly now.
Mel’s brand is full of joy, charm and cake - and now her website is too. Go have a peek, but don’t blame us if you suddenly need a slice of Victoria sponge!

I worked with the Web Goddess last year on my website and they are a great company to work with. They redesigned and upgraded my website, gave me excellent advice and offered a follow up service.
The reason it took me so long to write my review is because it's taking me a while to follow the advice and I don't want them to be disappointed in me after all their hard work! However, if I was sensible, I would remember their excellent after-care service and make the most of it!
