Hixon Memorial Hall

Hixon Memorial Hall had a Wix site, but it had seen better days - outdated events, tricky to update, and not much info for locals keen to hire or visit. It just needed a bit of love (and a digital declutter).

We gave the site a fresh new design, tidied things up, and made it far easier for the committee to keep everything up to date. Events are now managed via a blog and Google Calendar, which means no more digging through old posts or wrestling with the backend.

One of the lovely committee members has had some training already, and Holly will be putting together a handy “How To” video so the whole team has something to refer back to anytime they get stuck.

The result? A much brighter, more useful website that does this brilliant community hub justice. We’re chuffed with how it turned out!
