Alsager Community Support

RESCUE

A Website Built to Support the Community

This project was a full website rescue for Alsager Community Support, a vital organisation supporting people across the local Cheshire community.

Their previous website was no longer fit for purpose. Important information was difficult to find, updates were time-consuming to make, and the site itself was unreliable, with frequent downtime. For a community organisation providing essential support, this created unnecessary barriers for both users and staff.

We rebuilt the website on Wix, creating a stable, easy-to-manage platform that clearly communicates the breadth of services available while remaining accessible and user-friendly. The new site focuses on sharing the right level of information without overwhelming visitors, making it easier for people to find help quickly.

The site includes multiple CMS collections to allow the team to keep content up to date, including local job adverts, downloadable information leaflets, a news blog, and an events page highlighting local activities and support services.

Training has been delivered via pre-recorded videos, as requested, giving the team the flexibility to revisit guidance whenever needed. Ongoing support is provided through our monthly website management service, ensuring the site remains secure, updated and performing as it should.

It was a pleasure to work with such a dedicated team, and we are proud to support an organisation that plays such an important role within its community.
