After the initial Discovery Call we’ll have a meeting to talk through the project in detail and get to the essence of what you want your website to do for your business. If you’re not sure, that’s fine. We can help you figure that out.

First Draft Design
Once we have all of the information and material that we need, we’ll start work on the first draft of your website.

Second Draft Design
We review the first draft together and then from that feedback a second draft is made. This second draft is also then reviewed.

Final Updates
We make any final tweaks and ensure your website is ready for launch.

Launch
Your new website will go live!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER LAUNCH?
We give you a 30-day window post-launch to notify us in case anything isn’t quite right.
On top of that, we offer website management packages that match your needs:
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT
We’ll agree on a tailored plan to manage your website monthly with updates and new content, as per your requirements.
ANNUAL MANAGEMENT
You manage the day-to-day running of your website, we look after the annual bills for hosting, etc., and check on your site annually.
NO MANAGEMENT
We transfer everything to you and teach you how to update the site and once so you’ll be able to look after it going forward. Huzzah!

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
